I was talking to my Hubby today about how we’re all learning new things in order to stay connected and get things done during this unusual time. Of course, we know that learning new things is good for us, especially when it comes to our brain health.
One thing led to another, and I started wondering what you guys would like to learn….
Our Wellness Wednesday posts started to help us learn more about Wellness and how to apply that knowledge to our lives. I’ve been choosing what to write about based on what I thought you might find helpful. Now, I actually want to ask you –
What would you like to learn/know about wellness?
If you could ask any question about wellness, what would it be?
What would you like to learn more about?
Are there certain dimensions of wellness you’re fascinated by?
I’d like to use these Wellness Wednesday posts to answer some of those Wellness questions you’ve always wondered about, address some of the aspects of wellness you’re most interested in, and give you the tools you need to improve your overall wellness.
I used to always tell my clients that my goal was to work myself out of a job. In other words, I like to give people the tools they need to take control of their own health. That’s always been the goal of these posts, and I’d like to provide even more tools here.
I hope you’ll help me do that. I’d like to use your questions to guide where we go with these Wellness Wednesday posts.
