Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday! With Thanksgiving just around the corner here in the US, our thoughts often turn to the things we have to be grateful for.
As we talked about in Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude, being grateful may not always come naturally to us, but if we can cultivate an ‘attitude of gratitude’ it can have positive implications for our overall well-being. According to Harvard Health, “Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”
