    1. Thanks so much Alyssa — I’m glad you like them! I find them powerful as well, especially when I need a quick boost. 😊

    1. Thanks for sharing, Melinda. You make a great point about our mood affecting whether these types of things are helpful. Have a great weekend sweet friend!

  1. Yes, all of them. Especially taking care of yourself as it’s the only body you have. Hoping today is kind to you. 🌼

    1. Thank you Mishka — I’m glad you liked them. I hope you’re doing as well as possible. Have a wonderful weekend!

  2. I love motivational quotes like these. I’m a sucker for quotes in general, so thanks for sharing them, you’ve made great choices. Jim Rohn’s quote is so stark and seemingly simple, but it really does put it into perspective. I’m sorry I’m a little late in reading this so I’ll wish you a Happy Friday and a lovely weekend, Terri πŸ™‚

    1. I’m glad you liked the quotes Caz! That Jim Rohn quote really brings home the importance of wellness, doesn’t it? I hope you have a fabulous Friday and weekend! Hugs!

  3. Loved all the quotes, but the last one really resonated with me. With our hectic lives and how we tend to worry about the future and recall the past, the present is what we should really be focused on.

    1. Thanks so much Mark! You’re so right – the present is what we need to focus on. We spend so much time regretting the past and worrying about the future that we forget to just live in the present. Hope you have a wonderful weekend dear friend!

  4. Your posts no longer come in on my reader or in my e-mail Terri, but I won’t let that stop me! I love quotes, have collected them for years because I always learn something from them! I love each quote you posted and I love how well you produced them too!

Please tell me what you think!
